We are looking for an Affiliate Account Manager with a focus on streamers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our affiliate partners, and providing them with ongoing support to optimize their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, addressing their inquiries and providing timely support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure their continued engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit new affiliate partners, to expand our network and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and maximize revenue.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to management on affiliate performance and key initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate account management, b2b account management, or support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Entertainment industry and familiarity with affiliate marketing best practices.
